Subscription Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to Naql Oman you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.

1. Nature of the service

The platform is a directory that displays the details of truck and equipment owners and building-materials companies, and lets customers contact them directly.
The platform is not a party to any agreement between a subscriber and a customer, and does not intervene in prices, scheduling or the performance of the work.
The platform takes no commission on any job. The yearly subscription is the only charge.
The platform does not guarantee any number of calls or customers. The subscription pays for listing and visibility, not for a result.

The fee applies per truck. An owner with three trucks pays three subscriptions, and so on.
The period starts on the date the listing is published, not the date of transfer.
The subscription is paid fully in advance; no listing is published before payment is confirmed.
The subscription is non-refundable once the listing is published.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically; the listing is removed at the end of the period unless renewed.
Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect a running subscription until renewal.

All subscribers have equal visibility; there is no paid priority or featured placement.
Listings are shown in a random order that changes on every visit, so nobody stays permanently on top.
The platform sells no top positions or badges; the fee is the same for everyone per subscription type.
A listing's position implies no judgement about quality or experience.

All details must be accurate: name, phone number, truck type, vehicle plate number, governorate and wilayat.
The plate number is mandatory and is published with the listing so customers can see the vehicle is properly registered. No listing is published without it.
The commercial registration (CR) number is mandatory for building-materials companies and is published with the listing. No company listing is published without it.
Photos must show the subscriber's own truck, recent and clear. Images taken from the internet or of vehicles not owned by the subscriber are prohibited.
The phone number must be working and reachable, and any change reported immediately.
The subscriber must hold the vehicle, licences and insurance required, with a legally qualified driver. This is the subscriber's sole responsibility.
No service that breaches the laws of the Sultanate of Oman may be offered.
Customers must be treated honestly and respectfully; a price shown on the platform may not be contradicted at the time of work.

Showing a price is optional. If left blank, the listing shows "Contact for price".
A subscriber who displays a price must honour it.
To change a price, contact the administration; it is updated shortly at no extra charge.

The subscriber agrees to the public publication of their name, phone number, truck type, plate number, location and photos.
The phone number is visible to all visitors and powers the call and WhatsApp buttons.
The platform does not sell subscriber data or use it outside the listing.
A subscriber may request removal of their listing at any time; no refund is due.

The platform is not responsible for the quality, delay or non-performance of any work.
The platform is not responsible for financial disputes between subscriber and customer.
The platform is not responsible for any accident, damage or loss during the service.
The platform is not responsible for the accuracy of details supplied by subscribers.
The platform does not verify licences or vehicle ownership and gives no warranty in that regard. Customers must verify for themselves before contracting.

The platform may suspend or remove any listing without prior notice and without refund in the following cases:
- False details or photos.
- Repeated, documented customer complaints.
- A phone number that is out of service or persistently unanswered.
- Offering a service that breaches the law.
- Using the listing for anything other than its stated purpose: promoting another business, or offering goods or services unrelated to the registered service.
- Using one subscription for more than one truck, publishing someone else's phone number, or any other circumvention of these terms.
- Abuse of customers or of the platform.
Removal for a breach creates no right to compensation or refund.
A subscriber who breaches these terms repeatedly, or is found to have circumvented them, may be permanently barred from subscribing again.
A subscription is personal: it may not be sold or transferred to another person or another truck. Each truck has its own subscription.
A subscriber may request removal of their listing at any time, and it will be carried out, with no refund for the remaining period.

Payment is made by the method agreed with the administration, after which the subscriber sends the transfer confirmation through the platform's official channels.
The platform issues a sequentially numbered receipt for every subscription. Please keep it.
The receipt is the sole accepted proof of a subscription and its period. No claim is recognised without a receipt issued by the platform.

These terms may be amended at any time; the version published on the site applies.
Official correspondence takes place through the platform's official channels listed on the Contact page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Subscribing is the subscriber's own decision, taken freely and willingly after reading and understanding these terms in full.
The fee is non-refundable once the listing is published, in every case: a change of mind, a request to remove the listing, or suspension by the platform for a breach.
No verbal promise or agreement outside these terms is recognised; these terms are the reference in any dispute.
